How to Invite Your Accountant to SparkReceipt

Inviting your accountant to SparkReceipt can streamline your accounting processes and ensure that all your financial documents are accurately managed and easily accessible. Follow these step-by-step instructions to add your accountant to your SparkReceipt account.

1. Access Your SparkReceipt Account. Log in to your SparkReceipt account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to Account Settings. Once logged in, go to the bottom left corner of the navigation and click on “Account Settings”.

3. Invite an Accountant. In the “Account and Users” view, locate and click on the “+ Invite an accountant” link (you can find it at the bottom of the page).

4. Enter Accountant’s Email. A new window will pop up. Enter your accountant’s email address in the provided field.

5. Send the Invitation. Click “Send Invitation.” Your accountant will receive an email with an invitation to join your SparkReceipt account.
